During the Road To Pro Camp, our coaches analyze every player with the goal of selecting high level players who suit our style of play. These players get the chance to play in play in the UK's largest tournament, train with Premier league academy coaches and play organized games against professional football league clubs.

Selection Process
After the Road to Pro overnight camp concludes, the coaching staff will hold a meeting to review player evaluations. Each coach will provide detailed feedback on the attending players, assessing their technical and tactical abilities, physical attributes, psychological mindset, and social dynamics. Based on these evaluations, players who best fit our style of play and philosophy will be selected to form the Elite squads.
Tournament
These chosen players will have the incredible opportunity to travel to England and represent Manchester School of Soccer in the Manchester Easter Cup during Easter 2026. In past years, our squads have had the privilege of competing against teams from over 16 different nationalities in this prestigious tournament.
Training, matches and opportunities
Beyond tournament play, the trip offers a world-class developmental experience, including professional coaching sessions led by Premier League academy staff, , exclusive stadium tours, meet-and-greet sessions with current professional players, developmental workshops, cultural experiences, and friendly matches against both professional and junior teams.
Formal selection letters will be sent to the chosen players, and parents will receive an email with further details.
Excursions and cultural learning
Whilst on the trip we will include, attendance at live professional matches, exclusive stadium tours, meet-and-greet sessions with current professional players, developmental workshops with Premierleague scouts/coaches, cultural expereicnes such as visiting villages and historical sites such as castles and churches aswell as plenty of shopping in some of Europes largest malls.
Travel and Accomadation
Accomadtion will be sourced and fitting to high standards. The package in cludes all travel, accomadation and meals whilst in the UK.

What we look for to be selected is Technical, Tactical, Physical, Psychological and Social are the five elements of a professional soccer player's DNA and is the main focus point of our coaches.
Players were analyzed and assessed over the three weeks of camp. Our team of coaches focused on the four main elements that make up a professional soccer player's DNA.
