ROAD TO PRO CAMP

.ABOUT.

The ROAD TO PRO is a residential camp for young, aspiring, soccer players. All campers will live the life of a professional soccer player for one to two weeks and will learn what it takes to become an elite player. Players will live on campus and will follow a professional schedule, helping them perform at a higher playing level.

 

MSOS RTP Camp has been specifically designed with one goal in mind. Our goal is to create players that have the ability and mentality  to progress in the future game.  Our camp integrates specialized training sessions from our youth soccer camps, enhancing skill development. We are distinctively looking for players that have the desire to compete at the highest levels.

We are looking for players that are striving to reach the highest level of the game and have the mindset that is required to become a professional soccer player.

AGE OF CAMPERS WE ACCEPT:

8 - 10 Years | 11 - 14 Years | 15 - 18 Years

The RTP camp is specifically aimed at players whose ability falls within the top 5% of their club team and want to play at the following levels, High School, College, Professional & International.

The Road to Pro Camp attracts players that are willing to push themselves further to succeed in every aspect of the game. The only way players can progress is to play with and against the best competition. Surround yourself with like-minded people so you can excel and push yourself to the highest level you can possibly play.

  • Will we have breaks throughout the year?
    The program runs 12 months of the year including Summer. We will exclude certain days for holidays. Holidays will be confirmed by your local director.
  • If not selected for a group will there be a chance to break into the groups after the player selection days?
    Players will have the opportunity to join COE groups all year round if they narrowly miss out during the selection days. We recommend that players join our Private Lesson Program to help them focus on areas of their game that we think they can improve. With this extra training players can progress at very fast rate which will help improve performance.
  • Is this a club?
    NO! We bring groups of striving players from an array of club teams from multiple cities together and provide them with a platform to develop and showcase their talent. We are here to help the future of U.S Soccer.
  • How do we order uniform?
    The uniform is only available when you are selected the Program. Information on how to order the uniform will be sent privately to you via email. The program have the prestigious colors of BLACK & WHITE with additional orange match shirt. Players that are not a member of the Center of Excellence program will not be able to purchase the same uniforms.
  • How do we set up payment?
    Payment is set up using our Auto Draft option. The information for the payment system will be sent in the invitation pack when selected for the program.
  • How long is a lesson?
    A lesson usually lasts for an hour in duration, but we also offer thirty-minute lessons.
  • How can I pay?
    We accept a number of payment options. Our recommended option would be via Auto Draft, but we also accept cheques.
  • Where will it take place?
    We have two locations that private lessons are available. Lessons will all take place at the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch in New Braunfels and at Tyler Athletic and Swim Club in Tyler, TX.
  • What is the cancellation process?
    We usually require a 24-hour notice if a lesson is to be cancelled. The lesson must be made up within the next 7 days otherwise the lesson will be lost. We will take certain cases into consideration if unforeseen circumstances occur. More detail on the cancellation process, can be found on the contract that we will send to you upon signing up.
  • How long do my lessons run for?
    As long as you want! If you are signed up for Auto Draft your lesson will run continuously until we are informed otherwise. A 30 day notice is required to cancel autodraft payments. If you pay via check, your lessons must be completed within 6-weeks. As your 6-weeks nears an end, you will have to inform your coach of whether you wish to continue, as time slots fill up fast.
  • Can I have more than one lesson a week?
    Yes of course. When selecting the time and day for your lesson, you can inform us whether you would like to do multiple lessons a week. If these times are available then this should be no problem.
  • What is it?
    The Road to Pro camp is an overnight residential soccer camp that runs over the summer. This camp is aimed at players who are serious about soccer and want to play at the highest level. We give the players a taste of what the life of a professional athlete is like in order to prepare them for the future.
  • Where is it?
    The camp will take place at the John Newcombe Ranch in New Braunfels, Texas USA. The world-famous ranch has some of the best facilities including, lodging, swimming pool, dining halls and gyms.
  • Where will the children stay?
    The children will stay on the ranch in dorms with the camp counselors. The boys will be in rooms together with male counselors; the girls will room together with female counselors. All players will be roomed age appropriately and with friends. ​
  • Will there be food?
    The ranch has a dining hall which provides three meals a day: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There is a set menu which changes each day as well as a salad bar so your children will be fed well. There is also camp shop where children can get snacks. ​
  • Does my child need money?
    Your child does not need to bring money as they will be fed 3 times a day. However, there is a shop which your child can purchase snacks and drinks from, so if you are going to give your child some money, we advise no more than $50 per week please.
